Compliance Fee at Closing*
In addition to the flat fee for listing your property, there is also a small compliance fee of .25% (point two-five percent) that may apply only if your property sells. This fee is taken from the buyer's agent commission and is designed to cover the costs of ensuring compliance with MLS rules and regulations. If there is no buyer's agent, then there will be no compliance fee charged.
