To give you a better understanding of the simple process of getting your home on the MLS using ListWithFreedom.com, we've created this step-by-step outline of what happens during the process

Step 1	Place your order online or simply call 1-888-I-GOT-MLS and we can help you place your REALTOR® FLAT FEE MLS listing.
Step 2	Make secure online payment through our secure server (Authorize.net®) and pay by credit card. Or, Contact Us to pay by credit card over the phone or to mail check.
Step 3	Download & Print the MLS listing forms for your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) from ListWithFreedom.com website. Or, we can email or fax them to you.
Step 4	Complete the forms and fax them to 561-997-8768 or email to listings@listwithfreedom.com. Items included in your listing package (i.e. "For Sale" sign) and any other optional supplies you order will arrive usually within 3-7 days.
Step 5	Your home listing will be entered into the REALTOR® MLS, usually within 24-48 business hours, where it will be immediately available to all of the real estate agents in your area.
Step 6	REALTOR.com, the Internet's most visited real estate website, and other leading websites and home search portals will provide home buyers around the world with information about your home listing. It usually takes anywhere from 1-3 days for your listing information to appear on Realtor.com.
Step 7	Agents and brokers will contact you to show and sell your home. If a real estate agent sells your home, you pay the Buyer's Agent commission determined by you (typically 2% to 3%)   If you sell on your own, directly to a buyer without a real estate agent, you pay NO commission!
